The Breville One-Touch CoffeeHouse automatic coffee machine makes it easy to prepare milk-based drinks from ground coffee or ESE pods with its simple controls.
It has a 19-bar Italian pump that provides the pressure needed for espresso extraction, while its three thermal sensors help maintain a consistent brewing temperature.
The one-touch button and dial controls allow you to choose between an espresso, cappuccino and latte, as well as single and double shots and how frothy you want your milk-based drinks. It also has a manual extraction button so you can control how much espresso is extracted.
Its milk container holds up to 600ml, allowing you to make up to 10 cappuccinos or 4 lattes. The container can also be detached and stored in the fridge to keep your milk fresh and cool.
To make maintenance a little easier, it has an automatic cleaning function for the milk system and a descaling program which takes about 20 minutes.
Because the One-Touch CoffeeHouse froths the milk automatically, this machine may not be for those who prefer to control this part of the coffee-making process themselves. But if you’re happy to have the machine do it, its simple controls for brewing milk-based drinks make this a convenient option.
